Subprocessors

ApexPitCore LLC engages the following third-party subprocessors to provide the service. All subprocessors are contractually bound to process data only for specified purposes and to maintain appropriate security standards. We update this list when we add or remove subprocessors and provide 30 days' notice before onboarding new subprocessors that process personal data.

Notification of Changes

ApexPitCore LLC will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before onboarding new subprocessors that process personal data. Notice will be provided via email to the primary account holder and/or via an in-platform notification.

Controllers may object to a new subprocessor by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of receiving notice. See our DPA for the full objection process.
