Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes what you may and may not do with ApexPitCore. It applies to all shop accounts, employees, and anyone accessing the service. Violations may result in account suspension or termination per Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
Permitted Uses
- Managing vehicle repair operations, customer records, and business finances
- Sending service-related communications (estimates, invoices, appointment reminders) to your customers
- Integrating with authorized third-party services through our supported integrations
- Exporting your own business data for reporting, backup, or migration purposes
- Training your staff to use the platform in the normal course of business
Prohibited Activities
You may not use ApexPitCore to:
- Enter or process data for individuals or businesses you do not have a legitimate relationship with
- Send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or other applicable laws
- Send marketing SMS to customers who have not provided prior express written consent or who have replied STOP
- Attempt to access data belonging to other shop accounts
- Probe, scan, or test the platform for security vulnerabilities without prior written authorization from ApexPitCore LLC
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-export data in ways not supported by the platform
- Share account credentials with external parties
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
- Misrepresent estimates, invoices, or repair records — whether to customers, insurers, or government agencies
- Circumvent billing, subscription limits, or feature restrictions
- Use the service to store or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes on intellectual property rights
Customer Data Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis to collect and store personal information about your customers in ApexPitCore. For customers in California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, this includes obtaining consent where required and honoring opt-out requests.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of records you enter, including vehicle identification numbers, repair descriptions, and invoice amounts. Falsifying repair records may violate California Bureau of Automotive Repair regulations and other applicable laws.
Enforcement
ApexPitCore LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation, report illegal activity to law enforcement, and seek injunctive relief or other legal remedies where appropriate.

Report suspected violations of this policy to [email protected]. Report security vulnerabilities to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
