California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Your Rights as a California Resident
Even though we do not sell your personal information, you have the right to:
- Submit a formal opt-out request that we will record in our systems
- Request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
How to Submit a Request
You may submit a request through any of these channels:

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 calendar days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not ask you for more information than is necessary to verify your identity and process your request.
Authorized Agents
A California resident may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request. We will require the authorized agent to provide written authorization from the California resident and may also require the resident to verify their own identity directly with us.
